Panels are numbered to match the erection sequence, and the loading plan is drawn so the first panel your crew needs comes out of the container first.

Unloading plan issued before shipping, so you can book the crane for the right day.
Anchor-bolt layout and hold-down schedule supplied for your foundation contractor.
Numbered panels, photographed and counted before loading.
Installation supervisor can attend the frame and panel stage, priced separately.

Not included: foundation or slab, land works, permits and inspection fees, crane and rigging, on-site labour, utility connections, final electrical and plumbing connections, appliances and loose furniture, ocean freight, duty and local taxes — unless agreed in writing in your quote.
