How this home is quoted
Priced from your drawings, your site and your specification

We do not publish a price. It depends on your site loads, your foundation, your finish level and your delivery address, so we quote each project from its own details. Send us the site information and you will get a fixed, itemised proposal. Nothing is charged until you agree the proposal.

Ask for the full specification sheet or a reference project in your state or province.

What this layout includes

  • Four bedrooms, each with room for furniture and personal decoration
  • One large open living room at the core of the plan
  • One kitchen with melamine-veneer cabinetry, worktop, sink and tap
  • Three fully equipped bathrooms
  • Two garages providing parking and additional storage
Every plan is re-engineered for your site before it is priced. We take your ground snow load, basic wind speed, seismic design category and foundation preference, then produce the panel drawings and the calculations you need for your permit application. Request the plan set →

Delivery & erection

Packed in the order your crew needs it.

Panels are numbered to match the erection sequence, and the loading plan is drawn so the first panel your crew needs comes out of the container first.

  • Unloading plan issued before shipping, so you can book the crane for the right day.
  • Anchor-bolt layout and hold-down schedule supplied for your foundation contractor.
  • Numbered panels, photographed and counted before loading.
  • Installation supervisor can attend the frame and panel stage, priced separately.
Not included: foundation or slab, land works, permits and inspection fees, crane and rigging, on-site labour, utility connections, final electrical and plumbing connections, appliances and loose furniture, ocean freight, duty and local taxes — unless agreed in writing in your quote.

Ask for the specification sheet for Graz House, and a fixed quote.

Tell us where the building is going and how you want to use it. You will get a line-by-line proposal, a delivered price if you give us a ZIP code, and a plain list of what is not included.

Useful to include: site location, ground snow load and wind exposure if you have them, foundation type, and any drawings you already have — if you have a plan, we will quote yours instead.
